No need for a food processor or crêpe maker, whisk, scales, whisk, bowl or ladle!
Simply follow the chosen recipe with the ingredient measurements indicated directly on the jar (2 possible quantities per recipe): milk, flour (with or without gluten), eggs (and yeast for pancakes and waffles).
The Miam shaker is equipped with a stainless steel spiral that guarantees a smooth and foolproof batter by breaking up lumps.
Then shake for a few seconds. Your batter is ready!
An additional anti-lump grid is to be added when pouring the batter into the pan only for crêpes. This system guarantees you a perfectly smooth crêpe batter every time.
If necessary, store any leftover batter in the fridge.
