Enchanted Dream:
A full-bodied black tea that exhales a slightly malty note that harmonizes divinely with cocoa nibs and accentuates the delicately tart notes of orange.
A gourmet blend reminiscent of the iconic Christmas "orangettes"!
Ingredients: 74% organic black tea, organic natural cocoa flavor, 6% organic orange, organic natural orange flavor, 4% organic roasted cocoa nibs, tonka bean extract. 

Polar Breath :
A black tea that gives birth to a liquor rich in flavors and aromatic nuances. The intensity of the black tea is harmoniously contrasted by the freshness of mint aromas and the sweetness of cocoa nibs. A tea that will delight lovers of chocolate mint!
Ingredients:  80% organic black tea, organic natural cocoa flavor, organic natural mint flavor, 4% organic roasted cocoa nibs, tonka bean extract.

Winter Ball:
A full-bodied black tea with an orange liquor that develops malty notes, subtly associated with the gentle acidity of raspberry on an ultra-gourmet chocolate background. The succulent impression of biting into a raspberry chocolate square. 
Ingredients:  79% organic black tea, organic natural cocoa flavor, organic natural raspberry flavor, 4% organic roasted cocoa nibs, tonka bean extract, 2% organic raspberry.

Instructions for use

Green teas should be steeped for approximately 3-4 minutes at a maximum of 80°C (steaming water, but not simmering or boiling!)

White teas should be steeped for approximately 4-6 minutes at a maximum of 80°C (steaming water, but not simmering or boiling!)

Oolong teas should be steeped for 4 minutes at a maximum of 90°C (simmering water, but not boiling!)

Black teas and rooibos should be steeped for approximately 4-5 minutes at a maximum of 90°C (simmering water, but not boiling!)

Herbal teas, infusions, and carcadets should be steeped for approximately 5-6 minutes at 100°C (boiling water)

Never steep for too long (to avoid bitterness) or too hot (to avoid "burning" your teas and developing bitterness).

Powdered chocolate: Mix 1 to 2 tablespoons of chocolate into 250ml of milk, then heat over low heat. Once boiling, stir for 2 minutes before serving.
